Oreo Lasagna

This Oreo Lasagna is a no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion! Layers of creamy cheesecake filling, Oreo crumbs, and whipped topping create a dessert that’s as indulgent as it is easy to make. It’s a perfect combination of sweet, crunchy, and creamy textures that will have everyone coming back for more.


Ingredients:

  • 1 package (15 oz) Oreo cookies (divided into two parts)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Optional: Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust:
    • Crush 1 1/2 cups of Oreo cookies (you can use a food processor or place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin).
    • In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until combined.
    • Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer:
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and mix until well combined.
    • Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  3. Make the pudding layer:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
    • Fold in the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth.
    • Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with whipped cream:
    • Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
    • Crush the remaining Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top of the whipped topping.
  5. Chill and serve:
    • Refrigerate the Oreo lasagna for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld together.
    • Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
  6. Serve: Slice into squares and enjoy the delicious layers of Oreo goodness!

Tips:

  • For extra flavor: Add a layer of mini chocolate chips or a sprinkle of cocoa powder between the layers for added texture and flavor.
