Instructions:

- Shape the cookies: Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form tablespoon-sized balls of dough. Place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. Be careful not to overbake, as they will continue to cook slightly on the baking sheet.
- Cool and serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
