Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for the best flavor)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the beef: In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then form small, bite-sized patties, about the size of a quarter. You should be able to make around 8-10 mini patties.
- Assemble the bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly. Place one beef patty and a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the patty and cheese, pinching to seal it tightly. Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the garlic Parmesan topping: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each biscuit bomb.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through, and the beef is fully cooked.
- Garnish and serve: After baking, sprinkle the tops with fresh parsley (optional). Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
Tips:
- Cheese variations: You can swap out the cheddar for mozzarella, Swiss, or any cheese you love.
- Add pickles: For a true cheeseburger experience, try adding small pickle slices to the center with the beef and cheese before sealing the dough.
- Make ahead: These are best fresh out of the oven, but you can prepare the bombs and refrigerate them for up to a few hours before baking.
- Beef options: You can swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken if preferred.
