Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
- In a bowl, combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, chopped parsley, oregano, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Prepare phyllo dough
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter.
- Layer another sheet on top and brush with butter again. Repeat until you have 3-4 layers.
3. Assemble the rolls
- Cut the layered phyllo into 3-inch wide strips.
- Place a spoonful of the feta filling at one end of each strip.
- Roll tightly into a cylinder and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Brush and bake
