This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is the ultimate indulgence for chocolate lovers. Rich, moist, and packed with gooey hot fudge swirls and chocolate chips, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion. Serve it on its own or with a scoop of ice cream for an extra decadent dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping if desired.
- Layer with Hot Fudge: Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter and gently swirl it with a knife. Add the remaining batter and repeat with the remaining hot fudge sauce.
- Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). Avoid overbaking to maintain the fudgy texture.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature. Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce for added decadence.
