Ingredients:
For the Burrito Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juicy flavor)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced (optional)
- 2 cups cooked white rice (or Mexican rice)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
For the Toppings:
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, diced
- Additional pickles (optional)
- Extra cheese (optional)
- Ranch dressing or special sauce (optional)

Instructions:
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef, diced onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess fat.
- Season the Beef: Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Burrito Filling: Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles (if using) into the cooked beef mixture. Set aside.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 20-30 seconds on each side to soften them, making them easier to fold.
- Assemble the Burritos: On each tortilla, spread a layer of cooked rice in the center. Then, add a generous amount of the bacon cheeseburger filling. Top with ketchup, mustard, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, extra cheese, and additional pickles (optional).
- Fold the Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
- Serve: Serve the huge bacon cheeseburger burritos hot with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
Tips:
- For Extra Flavor: Try adding jalapeños or hot sauce if you like a little kick.
- Make it Spicy: If you’re into spice, add chili powder or diced green chilies to the beef mixture.
- Meal Prep: These burritos are perfect for meal prepping. Just wrap them tightly in foil and refrigerate or freeze them for later.
- Customizable: Feel free to swap in different types of cheese or toppings like grilled onions or avocado.
