Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 16 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 6-8 Oreo cookies, chopped into small pieces (for mixing into the cheesecake)
For topping:
- 8-10 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnishing the bites)

Instructions:
Prepare the crust:
- Prepare the pan: Line a mini muffin tin or a regular muffin tin with paper liners.
- Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, pulse 16 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a ziplock bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
- Mix the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the melted butter and stir until fully combined.
- Press into the pan: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the Oreo mixture into each muffin cup and press down firmly to create a crust layer. Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
Prepare the cheesecake filling:
- Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and sour cream, and continue to beat until combined.
- Add the whipped topping: Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth. Stir in the chopped Oreos for a delicious mix-in.
- Fill the cups: Spoon the cheesecake filling onto the Oreo crusts in the muffin tin, dividing evenly among the cups. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
Chill:
- Chill the bites: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight, until the cheesecake bites are firm and fully set.
Serve:
- Garnish: Before serving, sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies on top of each cheesecake bite for an extra burst of Oreo flavor and texture.
- Enjoy: Pop one of these bite-sized cheesecakes in your mouth and savor the delicious combination of creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreo!
Tips:
- Make ahead: These Oreo cheesecake bites are perfect for making ahead of time. Just keep them chilled in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
- For extra crunch: If you love extra Oreo crunch, you can add more chopped Oreos to the cheesecake filling or even into the crust.
- Storage: Store these bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
