This fudge will remind you of the best parts of cinnamon rolls without the hassle of rolling dough!

Ingredients:

For the Cinnamon Roll Fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

For the Icing Drizzle (optional):

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tsp milk (or more to reach desired consistency)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pan:

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper.

2. Make the Cinnamon Roll Fudge Base:

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  • Once the mixture is melted, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined.

3. Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir to form a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.

4. Assemble the Fudge:

  • Pour the cinnamon roll fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the fudge base, and then use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the fudge for a marbled effect. Be careful not to overmix – you want that beautiful cinnamon swirl!

5. Chill the Fudge:

  • Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until the fudge has fully set.

6. Make the Icing Drizzle (optional):

  • While the fudge is chilling, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a smooth, drizzle-able icing.
  • Once the fudge has set, drizzle the icing over the top for that classic cinnamon roll touch.

7. Cut and Serve:

  • Once the fudge has set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve!

Tips:

  • Storage: Keep the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
  • Make it swirly: If you prefer a stronger cinnamon flavor, add more cinnamon to the fudge mixture and cinnamon swirl.
  • Alternative flavors: If you’re not a fan of white chocolate, you can use milk or dark chocolate, though it will change the flavor profile slightly.
  • Adding nuts: For a crunchy element, you can add chopped pecans or walnuts to the fudge base.
