Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or ranch seasoning mix, if preferred)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Cook the Chicken:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear them for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. The chicken doesn’t need to be fully cooked at this point as it will finish cooking in the oven.
- Transfer the seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing (or ranch seasoning), grated Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese (if using) until smooth and well combined.
- Top the Chicken:
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering them completely.
- Bake:
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the cream cheese topping is golden and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh parsley (if desired) and serve hot. This dish pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
Tips:
- Add Veggies: You can add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or mushrooms to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor.
- Chicken Thighs: If you prefer dark meat, use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier result.
- Make It Spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture for a little heat.
- One-Pan Version: If you want a one-pan meal, add sliced vegetables (like zucchini, bell peppers, or onions) around the chicken in the baking dish for a complete dinner.
